The following graph below describes the three year test study of Amber Technology’s product HWF (formally known as HeartWorm Free). HWF has been released after three years of testing and have saved thousands of dogs from heartworms since 2006. Over the years we have had numerous comments from customers stating that their dogs has been using HWF as a preventative and over a year or more has not contracted heartworms. These customers are located from light to heavy mosquito populated areas.

Study 3	43	27	25	Dog #1 – dog was very ill to begin with, was on heart medications, medication for fluid retention, and prednisone. Study 1	We had a few dogs with allergies to the Heartworm Free. The remaining dogs did become symptom free within 5 weeks			None	Because of the allergies to the black walnut we changed the formula. Did a lot of research and found Black Seed. We did not want to have these dogs on wormwood for a long period of time, being that it has been known to cause depression and mind altering changes.
Study 2	Within 2 to 3 weeks the dogs were symptom free	2 dogs 24 weeks. 3 dogs 36 weeks.		None	The dogs were not responding soon enough so we wanted to add some apricot pit and grapefruit seed extract.
Study 3	Within 2 to 3 weeks the dogs were symptoms free. 3 dogs had a reaction to the Heartworm Free so we had them decrease the dose to half for 1 week then slowly increase it to the full dose over a three week period. All three dogs did well with the gradual increase.	5 dogs 12 weeks, 9 dogs 16 weeks, 2 dogs 24 weeks, 4 dogs 36 weeks, 2 dogs 1 year. (we re-evaluated these dogs and found they both were taking Heartgard. We asked the owners to take them off the Heartgard and within 8 weeks they were heartworm free.		None	Conclusions – We found that dogs on Heartworm Free cannot be using a heartworm preventative. If they do use the heartworm preventative they stay at a low positive. Once we took them off the heartworm preventative they recovered within 8 weeks. Once we introduced the apricot pits and grapefruit seed extract the dogs began to respond to the treatment. Every dog that stayed on the Heartworm Free treatment did recover (eventually). The average time it took to overcome heartworms was 12 to 16 weeks.

April 26th is “National Kids and Pets Day”. Celebrate it by teaching your kids to properly care for their pets. Teaching your kids how to care for a pet is a great tool for learning about responsibility, life, compassion and routine. It provides a great foundation for a healthy social and emotional relationship with peers and family members.
Studies have shown that children with pets have:

Make an an extra effort to become more informed on pet health and nutrition this month and teach your children. Pay special attention to the amount and the types of food your pets consume. Fitness tip of the week

Fitness doesn’t just apply to a beings physical state. Optimal fitness is mind, body and soul.

When you eat healthy and exercise, your body may be healthy but without working your brain, your not getting the full benefit of health and nutrition. Although we can’t exactly sit our pets down and have them read a book we can train them to do tricks and follow commands.

Consistent verbal communication is a great way to train a pet but be sure to make it simple and always use the same references when training. Training your pet is the number one way to get those brain waves working. Not only does it make them think but the one on one time is building up emotional wellness as well.

A fit brain will help prevent depression, Alzheimer’s and other mental illness. It will also pave the way for the rest of the body to work at maximum capacity. It’s understandable that in today’s day and age, time isn’t always available but it’s important to make the time for your pets, even if its only twenty min a day.

Heart Worms
